From 1 September to 15 April, depending on the lake level, every day from 8 am to 6 pm.
Meet us in front of the Sunset Nam Ngum Resort, in Ban Tha Heua: 45 minutes from Vang Vieng, 2 hours from Vientiane. Pick-up available in Vang Vieng: US$50 return per vehicle.
Yes. On the BBQ lunch cruise, children under 12 pay half price and children under 3 come free. Life jackets are on board, along with games for all ages.
On the BBQ lunch cruise and on the large private boat, a guide speaks Lao, French and English. On the long-tail boats, a Lao boatman takes you out, without a guide. He speaks a few words of English, with a translation app to help when needed.

The BBQ lunch cruise is refundable up to 48 hours before, a private boat up to one month before.
Your safety comes first: we may shorten or cancel a trip if the weather requires it. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Yes, on request: the fish is replaced with a vegetable dish. Just mention it in your booking request.
No. If you can't swim, let us know and our team will keep a particularly close eye on you.

Yes. If you are injured on board, our travellers are covered up to 5,000,000 kip. Your personal belongings remain your responsibility. If something is not right, please tell us during the cruise or trip: no complaint can be considered once it has ended.
